We all have a criteria on how perfection looks like.

That’s where we base our judgement on other people and on ourselves.

The truth is noone passes that criteria.

Not even ourselves.

Because noone’s perfect.

If we let that go, acceptance starts to follow.

Judgements fade away.

Then, love starts spreading from within to everyone and everything around us.
