Nikki de Lima is a hybrid professional — a registered nurse, licensed teacher, and certified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher with over 14 years of teaching experience.

She is passionate about individualised and personalised teaching, and using progressive, research-informed approaches. Her greatest joy is unlocking learners’ potential through positive, relationship-based practice.
