Nikki de Lima is a hybrid professional — a registered nurse, licensed teacher, and certified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher. Her greatest pleasure is unlocking students’ potential through the use of research-based practices and positive discipline.

Currently, she has over 14 years of teaching experience, but more than her passion for teaching and learning, her dedication goes to her being a wife and a mum.
